Bazinga had a big week! On Monday she got her first non-cereal food: carrots. She made a lot of faces and figured that if she just left her mouth open, it would just run out with the drool. She eventually came around.

Yesterday she got a tiny sample of peas. She protested the same way, but she did just fine when I gave her a full serving today.

She's been working on two bottom teeth for a couple of weeks now. I checked her gums this morning and while they were taller, they still hadn't broken all the way through. I took her to visit her Granny this afternoon, and lo and behold, Bazinga had two little teeth poking out! I texted, "Guess who has two teeth," to my friend Ashley. She replied, "Did you finally get your dentures?" She meant that for someone else, but I think it was appropriate!
